Stingray Smoked Salsa

Is ready for the festivities to begin!  If you can read this post, you're invited to the cookout today starting at 10am in Orlando, FL.

Stingray Smoked Salsa is prepared and ready for consumption of mass quantities.

1 can of tomato sauce
1 can peeled plum tomatoes (drained)
1 can Fiesta Corn (drained, added at end)
1 each Red, Green, Yellow Bell Peppers, Yellow onion, garlic
4 tomatoes
1 Smoked jalapeño
1 non Smoked jalapeño
2 heads of cilantro
4 limes split into 4 then squeezed directly in salsa
Black peppercorns added during the smoking phase
1/4 cup chili powder
zero salt added, if preferred, can add beforehand
 
Placed all ingredients in a blender, blended on "pulse" to chop everything up, quick chops to blend.
 
Smoked all ingredients (minus cilantro, one jalapeño, limes).
